INGREDIENTS:

500g ground lamb
Or Mudgee Meat Special Lamb Burger Patties
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
I tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 burger buns, split and toasted
Lettuce, tomato slices, and chees for toppings

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Mixing the Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, rosemary, thyrne, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated.

Forming the Burgers: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Ensure they are even in thickness for unifornm cooking.

Grilling to Perfection: Preheat your grill or barbecue. Once hot, place the lamb patties on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Assembling the Burger: On a toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the grilled lamb patty. Top with a slice of tomato, cheese, and any other preferred toppings. Close with the other half of the bun.

Serving: Serve the burgers hot with a side of chips or a fresh salad.
