b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account on our website.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Product Information:
a. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions or specifications.
b. Product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
3. Order Placement and Payment:
a. By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer at our sole discretion.
b. All prices listed on our website are in AUD and are subject to applicable taxes and delivery charges.
c. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept American Express, ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard as indicated on our website.
4. Delivery:
a. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on various factors beyond our control.
b. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Delivery Timing:
a. We’re a small, family-run farming business and we plan our production and deliveries carefully each week to ensure you receive the freshest possible product
b. We arrange and allocate stock every Sunday. Orders placed before 6:00pm Sunday are scheduled for delivery the following week, typically between Thursday and Sunday. Many areas have set delivery days.
c.Regional and interstate deliveries can take a little longer, so if you’re unsure, please check with us first.
d. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, or you’re uncertain about delivery timing, please reach out before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
a. We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
b. Please note that we are not a supermarket who buy in bulk and leave stock sitting on shelves hoping for a customer. Working with our farming partners, we order what is necessary every week to fulfil our customer orders - no more, no less. The timeframes for cancellations below reflect the fact that your order has already been allocated, prepared, and included in our delivery planning:
- A standard 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders
- Within 5 days of scheduled delivery – 25% cancellation fee
- Within 3 days of scheduled delivery – 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours of delivery or once your order has been packed/prepared – no refund available
c. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering. We're always here to help.
7. Returns and Refunds:
a. We strive to provide quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us in the chat box or email us within 3 days of receiving the order and we’ll get back to you within business hours.
b. Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion, based on the nature of the issue and in accordance with our return policy.
8. Intellectual Property:
a. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability:
a. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or the products purchased from us.
b. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful components.
