INGREDIENTS:

1 kg lamb ribs
2 tsp lemon myrtle
2 tsp ground wattleseed
1 tsp ground mountain pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp olive oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Preparing the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the lemon myrtle, ground wattleseed, ground mountain pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well-blended.

Marinating the Ribs: Coat the lamb ribs with the prepared marinade, ensuring that they are well covered. Allow them to marinate for at least 4 hours, but for best results, let them sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Grilling the Ribs: Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat. Place the marinated ribs on the grill, cooking for approximately 7-9 minutes on each side or until they achieve a beautiful charred exterior and are cooked to your desired level.
