INGREDIENTS:

4 beef ribeye steaks
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepping the Streak: Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes
per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred level of doneness.

During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the steaks with the Outback
BBQ sauce, allowing it to caramelise.

Serve Hot: Serve the BBQ Beef Ribeye Steaks with extra sauce for dipping.
