We launched our first Geoff the Chef variety pack in 2025 and after our second season of collaboration we're ready to go with GTC2!
Developed in collaboration with our in-house chef and YouTube content creator, Geoff the Chef (https://www.youtube.com/@GeoffTheChefOfficial) we're using each of the proteins he's used in each of the eight video's we've done together and putting them into one bundle. So not only will you 'Get The Meat' (check our merch section for Mudgee Meat Get The Meat t-shirts and caps), but you can follow his simple step-by-step instructions to make these amazing meals at home yourself.
The pack includes:
1kg of Premium Beef Mince > Classic Smash Burger see here
1kg Pork Belly Loin (skin on) > Perfect Crackling Roast Pork see here
1 x Rack of Lamb (@800g) > Wagyu Rump with Blue Cheese Sauce see here
1 x Lamb Leg (@2.2kg) > Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb see here
500g Eye Fillet Steaks > Classic Steakhouse Steak Dinner see here
1kg Chicken Breast > Chicken Roulade with mustard sauce see here
