With Christmas coming, we thought we'd upgrade one of our most popular packs this week adding a Christmas favourite for every family. We're taking our usual Family Five variety pack but adding a 2kg Easy Carve smoked ham and adding into this great pack for no extra cost.

Bigger than the Family FOUR (obviously!) and with a minimum weight of 25kg we created the Family FIVE pack for a slightly larger family or those looking for a bulk pack with great value. We estimate it should offer 25 meals which includes 2 leftover serves off the generous roasts included, based on this estimate the cost per serving per person is about $3.

Lamb cuts - A Half Lamb selected from our larger bodies cut as; Leg Roast x 1, Chump Chops x 5, Loin Chops x 8, Cutlets x 8, Shoulder Chops x 6, Neck Chops x 8, Full rack of Lamb Ribs, Offcuts for soup and 1kg of thin Lamb Sausages.
Beef cuts - Grass-fed Wagyu Porterhouse Steaks x 5, Rump Steaks x 5, Beef Ribs x 8, Beef Roast 1.5kg x 1, Minute Steaks x 5, 1kg of Beef Sausages, two packs of Beef Mince in 1kg lots and 1kg of Sausage Mince for hamburger night!
Pork cuts - 1kg of our famous Pork Loin Fillet Steaks, 1kg Pork Spare Ribs, 2kg Pork Leg Roast and 1kg of Pork Sausages.
All items except the sausages will be vac packed and labelled.
