Topside is a large, lean cut of beef taken from the inner thigh of the animal. It's known for its uniform shape and relatively low fat content, making it ideal for a beef roast, slicing into steaks, making jerky (we use the air fryer), or low and slow as pulled beef. When cooked properly, it delivers tender, flavorful meat that works well for a variety of dishes.

Minimum quantity is 1kg and our total minimum cart order of $160 applies.
