Our new beef sausage is hand made here at Mudgee Meat and is plant and preservative free. They're great for the Carnivore diet but without preservatives, should be eaten or frozen quickly as they will spoil if left for more than 3 or 4 days.
Our sausage casing are natural hog casings, not synthetic and cook well.
