The big spring lambs are in.
Our lamb bodies usually come in at 18–20kg. This batch of spring lambs is dressing out at around 26kg — same grass-fed lamb, same traditional butchery, just bigger animals. That means a heavier leg roast, meatier chops and more on the plate from every half.
Not only are you getting an extra approx. 30% Lamb volume with the larger bodies, we're also taking $10 OFF each half: Only $239 until Sunday 6pm AEST.

Leg roast, shanks, shoulder and neck chops, cutlets, chump chops, a rack of ribs and a kilo of house-made sausages — everything a whole half lamb gives you, cut properly and vac-packed.
