What’s in the Muster:
- Whole Scotch Fillet — 1.5kg. Portion it into fillet steaks, leave whole for a roast, or slice thick for the pan.
- Whole Sirloin — 1kg. Cut your own strip steaks to the thickness you want.
- Rump Cap — 1.2kg. The picanha. Score the fat, salt it, and grill it whole, or slice into steaks, or low and slow it
- Beef Short Ribs — 2kg. Low-and-slow gold. Braise, smoke, or pressure-cook.
- Beef Brisket — 2kg. One of the great slow-cook cuts. Smoke it, corn it, or braise it down.
- Diced Beef — 1.2kg. Ready for the curry, stew, or stroganoff pot.
- Premium Mince — 2kg. Grass-fed, clean-flavoured, versatile.
